How far in advance do I have to place my order?

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 9:00am (MST) are generally shipped by the end of the week unless you specify otherwise. The earliest possible delivery date based on our shipping schedule and our 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail, which will be presented to you during checkout.
 

Why Do you only offer us postal service flat Rate?

US Postal Service Flat Rate service ensures our products will be delivered quick, on time and fresh, while keeping the cost down.

 

How can I be sure that my order went through?

Please refer to the tracking number on your shipment confirmation email you will be receiving once your package is shipped. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation, please email us at info@LouMiloChocolat.com.

How do you keep the chocolate from melting?

We are diligent about checking destination temperatures to determine if insulated wrap and gel ice packs are needed. All flat rate boxes should be delivered in 1-3 days after you receive a tracking number confirmation email. If your package arrives a little warm, simply stick the product in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and store in a cool dry place.

 

How do I store your chocolate?

We suggest that you store in a cool dry place. They may be refrigerated to extend the life.

 

Do you offer special corporate pricing or discounts for large orders?

Are Loui Milo’s products guaranteed for quality and freshness?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all our products: If you are less than satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, we will either reship the item or refund you for the total value (within 48 hours of receipt). Just call or email customer service and we'll make it right! We are open Mon-Fri -9-5pm MST.

 

How do I place an order that will be shipping to multiple locations?

Enter each order separately per ship to address in a new order.  If you have several ship-to locations, it is best to email your list with addresses and messages to info@LouiMiloChocolat.com. Please include your contact information. We will contact you with the shipping information, final cost, and your payment method.


Which Credit Cards does Loui Milo CHocolat accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

 

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on Loui Milo Chocolat’s website?
