About Loui Milo Chocolat
My journey began at a small pastry shoppe on Madison Avenue in NYC. I learned fast, and quickly became a key player of the pastry cook team. My formal training began under master pastry chef Albert Kumin, the former executive pastry chef for the likes of: Windows on the World, The Four Seasons, The Palm restaurants in New York City, and The White House in Washington, D.C. I attended his pastry school and received a Grande Diploma in pastry, chocolate, and confections from The International Pastry Arts Center at Vie de France.
